This project is located near the Denver Coliseum, south of I-70 and consists of a new 12,800 square feet fire station; including a three door apparatus bay, ten bedrooms (three occupants each), kitchen, community room, multi-purpose dining/gym area and a communications control room. Control systems included door control, telephone/intercom, microwave antenna control, civil defense siren control, public address and voice alarm system.
